Kermit kept me in the loop from the moment we began to work together. I felt like I could be completely honest with him and he had no hidden agendas. Kermit always kept me updated from emails to texts day or night. He was always there for me. If there was no news to report, he would let me know that as well.Coming full circle, even after the deal is done and the papers are signed, Kermit became my support at the beginning and now 6 month later. I can still reach out to him and he will still give advice or point me in the right direction as a new homeowner.
