We are still continuing to see a decrease in the number of homes sold each month along with an increase in price showing a strong need for listings in the market. August 2022 – August 2023 saw a decrease is 18.77% of homes sold with a price increase of 9.41%. For rolling averages, Cumberland County saw a 20.97% decrease in number of houses sold and an increase in median sales price of 9.24%.
