Owning rental property is not as easy as collecting a rent check. There are always issues to deal with and coordinate in a timely fashion. Unfortunately I live out of state and addressing these issues timely can become a problem, and I had not had any success with corporate management companies. I had to find new tenants, renovate between tenancy, as well as conduct necessary inspections before, during and afterward. I needed help. Kathy was more than willing and able to be my representative when I needed someone most. She inspected my unit, coordinated with contractors and found new tenants that met all my expectations. They were from out of state and rented sight-unseen based on her recommendations and local knowledge of the Cumberland county rental environment. She did this on a truncated time table while maintaining communication with me during any and all issues. She has the local knowledge and expertise to execute all of these tasks timely, and putting me in touch with qualified contractors to do the work. She treats her clients and their property as if it were her own and that is the hardest quality to find and rely on when you need it most. I will continue to contract with Kathy in all my real estate ventures.
