Diane is exceptional! She is always available, always kind, and the best thing about her is that she understands that home buying is not just business, it is very emotional for the buyer. She is respectful and patient in all of this. During the craziness of home buying during Covid, Diane never made me feel pressure to make any decisions before I was ready.
