As a first time buyer, not knowing the process, Kermit took me through it smoothly. He always had my best interest as a priority( even dropping everything to see and put an offer on the house I now own), answered all my questions or quickly got answers for me. He was also helpful suggesting the correct persons to help make changes in the house that I wanted. Kermit would be the only one I would call or suggest to friends and family.
